We have an amazing opportunity for a Sales Agent (Field) to be based in Polokwane, Limpopo. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to increasing the mobile customer base. Understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities. Represent the brand professionally and positively.

1. Prior work experience as a promoter or similar role.

What You’ll Do for The Brand:

1. Customer Service: Assist clients with opening accounts and all betting queries.
2. Drive daily sales and activations through effective demonstration and/or explanation of mobile products, usage methods, and services to influence punters to purchase products or use our services.
3. Drive mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign up new online accounts.
4. Keep records of sales activities and report progress to management daily.
5. Promote the mobile brand.
6. Set up and arrange displays at outlets, events, and promotions to attract the attention of prospective and existing punters.
7. Assist customers in submitting correct FICA documents when opening a new account (FICA requirements: Clear ID).
8. Ensure new customers utilize the sign-up bonus to bet when an account is opened and show them how to bet on the mobile application.
9. Maintain a neat work area to promote a positive image to customers.
10. Ensure appropriate management, safekeeping, and maintenance of all mobile equipment.
11. Complete Moodle, bet strike and Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels weekly.
12. Roam between branches and stores as per operational needs.
13. Perform any other related duties as required within the business.

What You’ll Bring To The Team:

1. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
2. Results-driven mindset.
3. Good understanding of Mobile and Internet betting, betting procedures and types, and TUV (top-up voucher) distribution.
4. Strong systems and sales knowledge.
