Key Requirements:

1. Sales Experience: A minimum of 6 months of successful sales experience, demonstrating a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
2. Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent.
3. Age Range: 23 to 35 years.
4. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills. The ability to articulate insurance products clearly and persuasively.
5. Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable navigating sales-related systems.
6. Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive problem solver with the ability to address customer inquiries and overcome objections.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and present insurance products persuasively.
2. Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
3. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
