Sales Agent

Job Description:

1. Identify and prospect new customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
2. Present and promote products/services to potential customers, effectively communicating their value
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
4. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
5. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and goals
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software
7. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
8. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on progress to management
9. Collaborate with other departments (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experience
10. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in sales or customer service (1-2 years preferred)
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
3. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
6. Ability to handle rejection and stay positive in a sales environment
7. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in sales or marketing is a plus
