We are looking for proactive, coachable, and motivated individuals who are interested in generating sales, marketing, and pushing the products to the customers and getting their foot in the doors of the sales industry. Strong communicators who can make clients feel at home in our stores.

Responsibilities

1. To open accounts in our retail stores.
2. Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
3. Achieve targets set for you.
4. Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.

Requirements

1. Matric Certificate or any other relevant qualification.
2. Sales experience will be an advantage.
3. Age 18 to 34.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Customer service orientation.
7. Strong listening and negotiation skills.
8. Student mentality.
