Sales Administrator position available in Paarl.
A thriving tree-growing business, is looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This role involves customer service, logistics coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Check stock availability and suggest alternatives when needed.
- Assist walk-in clients and schedule farm viewings.
- Generate quotes, invoices, and sales orders.
- Plan and coordinate deliveries, collections, and routes.
- Maintain and update a photo library of tree species and sizes.
- Oversee stock updates, audits, and inventory control.
- Handle export documentation and liaise with authorities.
- Process payments, track accounts, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Keep accurate sales and expense reconciliations.
- Maintain staff attendance records and assist with HR admin tasks.
- Manage office and farm supplies.
- Assist with website updates and general administrative tasks.

- Experience in customer service and sales administration.
- Knowledge of logistics, stock management, and exports (advantageous).
- Proficiency in Excel and general administrative software.

- Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
