Key Responsibilities
Sales Support: Assist in selling food products to wholesalers using pre-qualified leads. Help implement processes to streamline and enhance sales performance.
Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Administrative Support: Manage contracts, orders, and placements to ensure smooth business operations.
Operational Coordination: Ensure all bookings and essential business functions are executed efficiently.
Social Media Assistance: Create and schedule engaging content using Canva and post updates on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to support brand visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential: Prior experience in the food industry.
Strong sales acumen and a confident, engaging phone manner.
Highly organised with excellent administrative skills.
Experience with customer service and handling complaints professionally.
Familiarity with Canva and social media management (Meta platforms).
Ability to work independently and proactively contribute to business growth.
Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop.
