You’ll handle key sales administrative tasks, manage client follow-ups, and provide support to the sales team by following specific processes to track, nurture, and convert leads. A commitment to learning is essential, as you’ll complete a structured sales training course provided by the company to help you maximize your impact in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide critical sales administrative support, managing data entry, CRM updates, and preparation of sales documents.
Track and follow up on leads, maintaining timely communication and assisting in lead qualification.
Engage in basic outreach activities, such as responding to inquiries, setting up introductory calls, and providing initial information to potential clients.
Complete a company-sponsored sales course to build skills in effective selling, lead nurturing, and client relationship management.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs, assist with reporting, and follow clear instructions for managing sales data and follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative or sales support role.
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, especially in handling CRM data and follow-ups.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable working with CRM software and maintaining accurate records.
Willingness to complete a sales training course and learn best practices in lead conversion.
