A company in Rustenburg has a vacancy for a Sales & Admin Assistant in Rustenburg.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) with strengths in languages and mathematics
- Fluently in English
Experience:
- Telephone courtesy
- Administrative background
- Basic bookkeeping
- Ms Office
- Office administration
Skills:
- Problem solving
- Ability to relate to peers and seniors
- Organization skills
- Computer literacy
Duties:
General Admin - Outputs
- Cash sales
- Admin assistant to Branch supervisor
- Quotations
- Transport / deliveries
- Back-up when branch supervisor is out of the office
- General administration
- Typing and control of certificates and control procedures
- Switchboard/receptionist
- Filing and retrieving of all documents and scanning, printing, and copying functions
- Perform any adhoc duties when requested to
Financial Outputs:
- Do banking – Check cash box, do documents, sign off docs
- Prepare daily deposits reports
- Dealing with debtors
- Distribute POD as requested to customers
Material Management - Output:
- Stock count admin in SAP
- Submit final reports to branch/regional manager
Purchasing:
- Process all purchase requisitions
- Reconcile all vendor invoices
- Expedite all purchase orders
- Attend to invoice discrepancies with vendors.
Salary between R 14 600.00 and R 18 000.00 p/m
