We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to manage a high-profile corporate client, oversee branding solutions, and ensure smooth operations of an onsite corporate store. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales, production, and operations background who can drive client engagement, order fulfillment, and business growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- 3–5 years of experience in sales administration, quoting, and/or production.
- 5+ years’ experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Netsuite, Accpac, or Sage is advantageous.
- Knowledge of CI and CAD approvals will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for a high-level corporate client, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Identify and secure bespoke, stock, and ad hoc orders to drive sales.
- Provide first-line telephonic assistance to customers and identify new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the brand experience team to ensure seamless execution of branding projects.
- Support off-site events, trade shows, and conferences (weekends and evenings may be required).
- Manage the end-to-end production process, ensuring orders are delivered per company SLAs and client deadlines.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and maintain beneficial GP margins.
- Ensure quote requests are correctly submitted and within agreed timeframes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill orders, ensuring high-quality branding execution.
- Approve artwork and branding elements in line with corporate identity (CI) requirements.
- Prepare and generate sales performance reports, inventory levels, and customer analytics.
- Ensure the daily update of production schedules and timely submission of documentation.
- Streamline administrative procedures to improve efficiency in sales and operations.
- Assist management with ad hoc projects and business operations as needed.
