Role includes managing the overall relationship between the account and NCR; developing and managing strategic account relationships.
Required to manage business results in the account as if operating their own business, while acting in the best interest of the company at-large as well as the account.
Responsible for the overall business with the account(s); works with associates to map out, develop and implement an appropriate account plan to maximize value for both the customer and NCR.
Responsible for overall customer success/satisfaction.
Drives opportunities that position improved results (revenue growth, cost reduction, improved client experience) for the customer that are in line with NCR’s strategic direction.
8 years of related sales experience; financial industry experience a plus.
Proven success in solution sales environment.
Experience selling into major accounts.
Ability to articulate the value of a complex solution sale in technical terms to support our customer experience platforms.
Demonstrated ability to understand sales barriers and overcome initial technology hurdles to close business.
Customer-oriented approach.
Strong teaming skills and demonstrated proactive leadership.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must possess active listening skills as well as strong communication, creative thinking and presentation skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Understanding of the Financial industry and Solutions, or similar applications and technology.
Experience in selling software/applications.
Experience in selling any of the following solutions: ATMs, Branch Solutions, Managed Services/as-a-Service, Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Networking and Communications.
