Job Description:

  1. Sales Management
    1. Lead and manage local and national sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
    2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective product distribution and sales performance.
    3. Develop sales strategies to target new customers, increase market share, and retain existing clients.
    4. Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  2. Marketing Strategy & Execution
    1. Create and execute marketing plans that align with the company’s sales goals, brand vision, and target audience.
    2. Oversee and manage social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engage with customers.
    3. Coordinate and create promotional campaigns, product launches, and events to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to the wine shop.
    4. Develop engaging content, including photography, videos, and written material, to be shared across digital platforms.
  3. Brand Development
    1. Maintain the brand's identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
    2. Work closely with distributors and partners to align on brand messaging and promotional efforts.
    3. Manage the design and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital advertisements.
  4. Customer Engagement & Retention
    1. Monitor customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve the customer experience.
    2. Develop loyalty programs, special offers, and exclusive events for customers to increase repeat business.
    3. Respond to inquiries and feedback from customers via social media and other platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Reporting & Analytics
    1. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, social media engagement, and marketing campaigns.
    2. Use analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
    3. Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of marketing and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the retail, wine, or beverage industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Creative mindset with the ability to design and implement engaging marketing strategies.
  6. Strong analytical skills to assess the performance of campaigns and sales activities.
