Job Title : Salesforce Solutions Analyst

Location : Gauteng, Johannesburg Metro, Johannesburg

Job Type : Contract, expected to work full-time hours

Job Duties :

1. Analyse business requirements and design solutions using Salesforce platform
2. Configure and customise Salesforce applications to meet business needs
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise
4. Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce solutions
5. Perform testing and quality assurance of Salesforce implementations
6. Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce applications
7. Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features

Required Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2. Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification
3. Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience :

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce solutions analysis

Knowledge and Skills :

1. Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
2. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Developer certification
2. Experience in the banking and finance industry
3. Experience with Salesforce Lightning platform

Working Conditions :

This role is based in Johannesburg and may require occasional travel to client sites.

The candidate will be expected to work full-time hours during standard business days.
