Sage ERP Consultant

Our client seeks to employ a dynamic Sage ERP Consultant to their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, installing and training on Sage ERP Systems.

Requirements:

1. Relevant Accounting Degree or diploma - Accounting Technician qualification preferred.
2. A good understanding of accounting principles.
3. Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a similar role or accounting position.
4. Experience working as a Sage Consultant highly advantageous.
5. Strong understanding of business practices and financial reporting.
6. Occasional travel to clients within the Eastern Cape.
7. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle essential.
8. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
9. Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the full implementation of Sage system software including installation, setup, and support, ensuring optimal use of the software based on client requirements.
2. Client Consultation, assessing client business needs and requirements to recommend and offer suitable tailored Sage solutions, adding value to the client’s business processes.
3. Provide on-going support and troubleshooting for clients, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues promptly.
4. Manage training and development sessions to ensure clients are fully equipped to operate their Sage systems.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement within clients' systems, to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
