Job Title: Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager to join our team at Farm Manager SA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all incidents and accidents are reported and documented in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular health and safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate health and safety information to employees and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• National diploma in safety management or relevant qualification and experience.
• Experience in the Citrus/Agriculture/Food processing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
