About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security & Safety Manager to lead and manage security and safety operations across a dynamic environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and protecting human, physical, and intellectual assets. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective security and safety measures are in place.

Education : NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety.
Experience : Minimum 5 years in a Health & Safety / Security Management role.
Strong understanding of security, health & safety, and business strategy alignment.
Ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Experience in managing third-party security and safety service providers.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
