Operational Oversight: Manage the overall operations of the safari lodge or camp, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Guest Experience: Create memorable experiences by overseeing guest services, activities, and special requests.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they deliver high-quality service.

Financial Management: Handle budgeting, pricing, and financial reporting to maintain profitability.

Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests and promote the safari experience.

Logistics Coordination: Plan and organize itineraries, transport, and accommodation for guests.

Skills Required:

Head Guide

Key Responsibilities:
