As a Risk Reporting Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and reporting on risks in the financial services industry. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design risk reporting frameworks, and analyze data to identify trends and potential risks.

Responsibilities
Gather and analyze risk reporting requirements from stakeholders
Steer the commercial software landscape implementation, namely an ION Openlink Endur
Design, depict and describe detailed commercial processes along the lifecycle of all types of contracts/deals (i.e. conclusion, invoicing and payment, billing/settlement, risk management etc.)
Perform data analysis to identify trends and potential risks
Create reports and presentations to communicate risk assessments and findings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk reporting processes and systems
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management initiatives
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in risk reporting
Provide recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation strategies
Conduct training and workshops to enhance risk reporting capabilities
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM), with at least 3 years of experience in ION Openlink Endur (must have advanced knowledge)
Experience in various areas of CTRM system: implementation, L2, L3 support, requirement collection and change management, etc.
Experience with requirements analysis and management, ability to translate business needs into requirements
Experience with (business) process design, modeling, tools and techniques, particularly gathered into Energy Utilities or Commodity Trading Functions
Excellent speaking, writing, communicating and presenting skills
Advance level skills in MS Excel (including macros and VB skills), Database, MS Power BI, VBA or other programming skills is an advantage
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills, ability to meet complex and time sensitive deadlines
Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
