We are seeking a results-driven individual with a relevant Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience in Reward and Benefits, with mobility experience and Africa exposure as an advantage. A Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification would be mandatory. You should have hands-on expertise in Patterson job evaluation methodologies, with an understanding of expatriation processes. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, coupled with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You should be an excellent communicator and influencer, capable of working independently and managing complex tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional Designation – At minimum a “Rewards Analyst” professional designation through SARA would be advantageous.
