Position : Revenue Operations Head

Salary : 3k to 6k USD per month (depending on skills and years of experience)

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm US Central Time (4pm to 1am SAST)

Responsibilities :

1. HubSpot Setup and Management: Configure and maintain the HubSpot platform for sales team optimization.
2. Sequence Enrollment: Create and manage automated email sequences for sales outreach.
3. Contact Enrollment: Ensure accurate contact data and enrollment in sales sequences.
4. Data Validation: Verify and maintain data accuracy within HubSpot.
5. Sales Team Enablement: Provide training guidance and support for sales team members.
6. Sales Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of 10 sales individuals.
7. Sales Team Training: Develop and conduct training programs for sales team skill enhancement.
8. Large Account Sales: Engage in selling large accounts when necessary.
9. Outbound and Inbound Sales: Manage and execute sales strategies for both outbound and inbound sales.

Requirements :

1. HubSpot expertise: Proven experience with HubSpot setup management and automation.
2. Sales team management experience: Proven experience in managing a sales team.
3. Sales skills: Proven track record in closing large accounts.
4. Data analysis: Ability to validate and maintain accurate data.
5. Training and development: Experience in training and enabling sales teams.
6. Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage a team of 10 sales individuals.
7. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
9. Sales tools expertise: Familiarity with ZoomInfo and other sales data sources.
10. Sales strategy: Knowledge of outbound and inbound sales strategies.
