We are looking for an experienced talented mid-Level e-Commerce Retoucher/finish artist focused on volume-based image retouching and post-production. In this collaborative, fast-paced & deadline-driven environment, you will work with the Studio teams, suppliers and brands to process and produce high-quality customer-facing imagery for online Marketplace and across other media formats.

• Retouch, plate and resize supplied images and upload to the brand as required.
• Show excellent ability to retouch skin without compromising skin texture.
• Adhere to file and server management procedures for all supplied and working files, including naming conventions, storage location, version control, and archive/restore management.
• Participate in and oversee all published quality control measures and sign-off procedures for output and upload.
• Record accurately and promptly all labour and required comments in job management & time management.
• Possibly support creative development by building composites to foster creative concepts or identify specific execution.

This job is for you if you have:

• 5+ years of e-commerce retouching experience in high-volume workflows - commercial experience is also encouraged.
• Expert experience with Adobe CC and Capture One, Photoshop, and Adobe software.
• Solid understanding of colour management for both print and digital applications and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• A keen understanding and eye for fashion would be beneficial.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain an attitude of unquestioned integrity.
• Possess a high standard for on-time delivery of daily deliverables and department projects.
• Good visual, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends if/when needed.
• Forward-thinking and anticipatory with the ability to make educated decisions quickly based on complete knowledge of company and business objectives.
• Solid understanding of anatomy and an illustration background will go a long way.

• Solid and polished retouching skills – keen eye and aesthetic.
• Large-volume workflow management skills.
• Experience in Automation and AI functionality is a bonus.
• Understanding and experience in Upscaling.
• Sharp eye for composition, crop, and colour correction skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver quality imagery.
• Strong knowledge of colour theory.
• Proactive and show initiative to foresee and resolve problems related to imagery.
• Proven ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
