What Qualifications & Experience Are Required?

1. Minimum Matric qualification
2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial services
3. Preference will be given to previous experience in debt collections
4. Worked with targets and deadlines
5. Good knowledge on the DCA and NCA
6. In depth understanding of debt counselling, debt review, debt mediation experience, administration and sequestration

What Competencies & Skills Are Required?

1. Computer Literate
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections
4. High emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with clients
5. Comfortable working with digital tools and remote communication platforms
6. A home office setup with a reliable internet connection
7. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
8. Target driven and self-motivated
