A ladies upmarket fashion boutique store urgently requires a well-groomed, professional, mature, sales-driven individual.

Must be able to drive new sales and network new clients to the business.
Must be highly professional and build long-term relations with our extensive existing clientele.
Assist management with marketing of stock and smooth running of the business.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Create a vibrant, energetic sales floor.
- Ensure clients are welcomed and assisted promptly.
- Drive floor sales and assist junior staff.
- Keep clients aware of new arrivals, new stock according to client requirements.
- Keep customers updated on their orders.
- Weekly/monthly stock take.
- Advise buyers on stock required.
- Merchandising of rails and store.
- Displays always up to date with new items and themed with ranges.
- Use social media effectively to market products.
- Market seasonal sales.
- Keep track of Debtors accounts.
- Ensure account customers are informed of specials and new arrivals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric or equivalent tertiary education, preferably in fashion.
- 1 - 5 years fashion retail/store management experience.
- Great people skills and excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Store management and supervisory skills are an advantage.
- Must be available immediately and be able to work retail hours.
Basic plus commission apply. Salary highly negotiable for top sales experience candidates.
