We are a Family owned and operated fast growing Mattress Retailer company based in Illinois that services Chicago, Chicago area suburbs, Northwestern Indiana, and the Detroit Michigan area.

About Us:

1. American Mattress was founded in 1988. Two co-workers from a local family-owned mattress company became disheartened after the business was sold to a major corporation. The family-owned culture quickly disappeared. Treating customers and employees like family was replaced by big corporate policies.
2. Our company is fast growing and looking for entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our team.

Position:

1. We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate. The pay range we’re offering is $50,000 to $120,000.
2. We offer Medical, dental, life, and vision plans.
3. Pay includes base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.
4. We also offer paid vacation time.

Requirements:

1. High School diploma or GED.
2. Ability to work a flexible schedule (typical retail hours to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.)
3. Passion for sales is a plus.
4. Transportation to travel to various stores is assigned.
