Retail Sales Assistant – Adult Industry

Our client in the Adult Industry is looking for Retail Sales Assistants to provide excellent customer service in-store. The ideal candidate will be socially mature, confident, and extroverted, with strong sales and customer service skills.

Requirements:

Education & Qualifications:

1. Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
2. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office & POS systems)

Skills & Experience:

1. At least 1 year of retail sales experience (preferably in a one-on-one customer service environment)
2. Strong customer service and support skills
3. Experience in stock management, cash-ups, and store opening/closing
4. Ability to work towards sales targets
5. Comfortable discussing adult-related products in a professional manner

Additional Requirements:

1. Must have a valid driver’s license and own transport (No public transport available)
2. Works well in smaller team environments
3. Professional, mature, and able to confidently discuss adult topics
