DUR – RETAIL MANAGER – HILLCREST - KZN

Job Purpose: Responsible for setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals & overall management of store.

Required Qualifications:

1. Matric
2. Relevant Tertiary qualification - Advantageous
3. At least 5 years proven experience in a retail management role

POSITION INFO:

Required Technical Competencies & Experience:

1. Open and closing of store
2. Ensure that staff are adequately trained
3. Stock control and Stock rotation
4. Championing quality and cold chain management
5. Ensure all promotional stock is available
6. Control and maintain GP's in departments
7. Regular fridge temperature checks
8. Maintaining of store hygiene & wastage control
9. Control store expenses and budgets
10. Planning and executing innovative sales and merchandising techniques
11. Unquestionable integrity
12. High energy
13. Able to work under pressure
14. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
15. Strong analytical problem-solving ability
