RETAIL FIT-OUT SITE MANAGER

Head Office in Cape Town - Northern Suburbs

Key Performance Indicators

• Understanding of Architectural drawings and design specifications.
• Manage fit-out of New Builds and existing Facility upgrades under leadership of Senior Project Manager.
• Supervise and manage teams consisting of Shopfitters, Tilers, Plumbers, Electricians, Signage installers, Painters, Ceiling contractors, etc.
• Project planning, surveying, estimating, scope of work, quoting, orders, budgets.
• Construction documentation and building permit applications.
• Site and safety inductions, ensuring occupational health and safety standards are met on site.
• Post completion defect inspections and make good.
• Budget and deadline management, final accounting, invoicing and cost control capability.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently under pressure, meeting all project timelines.
• Retail Fit-Out Site Manager and coordination experience of at least 3-5 years within the retail fit-out sector.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Willing to travel and manage out of town projects.
