Job description

A well established Restaurant based in Johannesburg is seeking a Restaurant Manager.

Duties:

Assist in recruiting, hiring and training all restaurant staff, including servers and hosts.
Scheduling employees to ensure shifts have proper coverage.

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Minimum of 2 years as a Restaurant Manager
Must be well presented
Be able to communicate fluently in English
Customer Facing
GAAP
Relevant degree or course (Advantageous)

Computer Literacy:

MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
GAAP
