SENIOR, MIDDLE AND JUNIOR MANAGEMENT

Candidates must have a proven track record in the Franchise Restaurant Industry and the following are the minimum requirements for the job:

• 3 years of restaurant management experience;
• Good understanding of food preparation and presentation;
• Excellent customer service and interaction;
• Health, safety and hygiene standards;
• Stock control, stock takes and management of cost of food;
• A working knowledge of the BCEA, staff disciplinary rules and grievances.
