What you'll do
Achieve and maintain CHAMPS Standards within the restaurant, emphasizing Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product, and Speed of Service, and ensure all employees are aligned with the commitment to exceed customer expectations in these areas.
Efficiently run shifts to boost sales, operational efficiency, and profits.
Determine staffing needs, create schedules, and control labour costs while meeting business goals.
Ensure safety measures are in place and implement comprehensive training programs for staff development.
Demonstrate leadership, manage costs, and direct activities to meet financial targets.
Achieve consistent results through effective team management.
Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing and resolving issues.
Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and food regulations.
Recruit, hire, and train staff, manage work hours, payroll, and maintain accurate records.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and handle cash and charge transactions accurately.
Secure premises at closing and ensure proper closing procedures are followed.
