Restaurant Manager

Botlierskop Private Game Reserve is looking for a Restaurant Manager.

The position includes managing the daily operations, including activity departures, restaurant service, F&B, and stock management.

The candidate must be able to manage and train employees (waiters and kitchen personnel).

Own transport is required.
