Requirements
1-2 years of experience in full-service restaurant management
Flexibility in working hours, with a willingness to cover shifts as needed
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Hardworking, outgoing, and customer-oriented
Self-motivated, independent, and well-groomed professional
Strong leadership skills and a commitment to team success
Knowledgeable about wine and spirits
Proficient in food, beverage, and wine service standards
