Responsibilities

  1. Lead and inspire the team to ensure outstanding guest experiences
  2. Oversee and execute daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and hospitality
  3. Conduct training sessions to uphold high standards of service
  4. Manage inventory and stock, ensuring quality control and cost efficiency

Requirements

  1. 1-2 years of experience in full-service restaurant management
  2. Flexibility in working hours, with a willingness to cover shifts as needed
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  4. Hardworking, outgoing, and customer-oriented
  5. Self-motivated, independent, and well-groomed professional
  6. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to team success
  7. Knowledgeable about wine and spirits
  8. Proficient in food, beverage, and wine service standards
