Restaurant Manager

R15 000.00 pm - R18 000.00 pm (Live-in) (NO COUPLES) (Fixed Term)

Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager. Micros System Experience required.

Responsibilities:

1. Polite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet.
2. Well-spoken and presented individual.
3. Strong leader who can oversee employees.
4. Manage the entire service operation of the restaurant.
5. Create and maintain relationships with guests in the restaurant.
6. Conduct daily meetings and handovers with staff.
7. Staff rostering.
8. Maintain and achieve restaurant targets.
9. Conduct monthly stock takes.

Requirements:

1. Matric.
2. 3 years experience in a management position in a restaurant/hotel.
3. Grade 12 and computer literate.
4. Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable.
