Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at a well-established restaurant based in BENONI.

Responsibilities:
The manager will be responsible for:

1. P&L Management
2. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
3. Overseeing Customer Service
4. Budgeting
5. Hiring
6. Overall Assistant Management of the restaurant

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. P&L Management, Budgeting, and Hiring skills
2. Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and overseeing Customer Service
3. Strong leadership and team management skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
6. Previous experience in the restaurant industry
7. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous
8. Own vehicle
9. Experience in Fine Dining is a plus
