Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead their team and ensure the smooth operation of their restaurant. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant activities, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, managing staff, and creating a positive dining experience for customers. You will also handle inventory control, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and manage customer concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations
Lead and train restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Oversee staff schedules and payroll
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve service
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or business management is a plus
