Job Description: Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and excellent service.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
4. Train, supervise, and evaluate staff members to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant.
5. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
7. Create and manage budgets, as well as track expenses and revenues.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities.
9. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Essential Qualifications:

1. Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Knowledge of restaurant management software.

Desired Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous (Not essential).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
3. Experience in staff training and development.

Salary & Benefits:
