Job Title: Resourcer – Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 Specialist

Location & Working Hours:Fully remote ,South Africa based
UK working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM
Salary:R28,000 per month, excluding commission

Job Overview: This role is pivotal in identifying and engaging top-tier talent within the manufacturing sector, particularly those with expertise in Industry 4.0 technologies. As a Resourcer, you will play a crucial part in supporting strategic initiatives by sourcing candidates who can drive innovation and efficiency in industrial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with consultants to understand client requirements and project objectives.
• Utilise various platforms and networks to identify potential candidates with specialised experience in manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.
• Maintain and update a database of qualified professionals in the manufacturing sector.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and consultants.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to effectively target and engage with the right talent.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of sourcing candidates with specialised skills in Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT, AI, robotics, and automation.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry's evolving landscape and the skill sets required for modern industrial operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop.
