Salary: R25,000 - R27,000 + Commission

We’re looking for a skilled and driven Candidate Resourcer to join our recruitment team, focusing on finding top finance talent. As a critical player in our growth, you'll specialize in sourcing high-level candidates and build a talent pipeline to support our clients' needs. With an emphasis on quality over quantity, you’ll be instrumental in bringing in the best talent to drive our clients’ success.

This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for talent, strong attention to detail, and an interest in advancing to a business development role in the future. Some sales experience would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates for finance-focused recruitment needs, ensuring quality alignment with client expectations.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates, delivering a positive experience from sourcing through the placement process.
• Support the team in creating a robust candidate pipeline and matching candidates to high-level roles.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and execute best sourcing strategies.
• Cultivate an understanding of the finance sector to provide specialized candidate recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in candidate sourcing; experience in finance recruitment is a plus.
• A polished, professional demeanor with excellent presentation skills.
• Hardworking, adaptable, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
• A natural interest in career progression, with a goal of moving into business development.
• Proven experience in sourcing or sales is highly advantageous.
