Resource Mobilisation (Independent Contractor)

Applicants must have the following requirements:

1. Must have a Masters Degree or a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sustainable Finance, or Financial Management.
2. Must have 7-10 years of experience in resource mobilisation, partnerships, fundraising, or donor relations, in the conservation or nonprofit sectors.
3. Must have strong knowledge and experience in Sustainable Finance and leveraging in the resource mobilisation and partnership environment.
4. Must have knowledge of the conservation, environmental, and tourism sector and industry context, including Socio-Economic Transformation and the Biodiversity Economy Strategy.
5. Must have knowledge of vehicles available to public sector institutions.
6. Must have knowledge of local and international donors or partners, including multilateral agencies, foundations, and private sector partners.
7. Must have knowledge of donor management systems, fundraising tools, environmental stewardship, Corporate Social Investment / Responsibility, public-private partnerships, and fundraising.
8. Must have knowledge of policy management, compliance, and corporate governance.
