Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Resource Consultant to join their growing team. This role requires an expert in candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Support all elements of the recruitment process from advertising to arranging interviews and collating ID.
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders from development of job descriptions with hiring managers, writing and placing adverts.
- Maintain trackers of all advertised posts and provide recruitment updates.
- Monitor recruitment advertising campaigns, working closely with the Marketing Team to define, evaluate, and recommend the use of attraction methods to recruit suitable candidates.
- Update the business website with external vacancies.
- Load vacancies on relevant advertising platforms.
- Ensure full compliance with legal obligations regarding right to work checks and other vetting procedures including DBS checks.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Embed Equality and Diversity in all HR functions.
- Notify unsuccessful candidates at the conclusion of each recruitment process, deal with requests for interview feedback, and provide administrative support to ensure the successful conclusion of recruitment campaigns.
- Offer a professional and courteous service to all stakeholders.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to all enquiries.
- Undertake scanning, photocopying, electronic filing, and emailing as appropriate.
- Ensure exceptional attention to detail.
- Undertake any other duties of an administrative nature as determined by the Line Manager.
- Ensure that deadlines are met.
- Ensure the accuracy of all information.
- Respond effectively to line manager requests.
Safeguarding:
Commit fully to the safeguarding agenda. Act as a role model for the department. Act as the first point of contact for our client, being professional at all times. Provide a customer-focused service to applicants and managers. Respond promptly to queries received through the Recruitment inbox and field others appropriately. Maintain own and the recruitment functional mailbox. Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2 years of education recruitment experience (Non-negotiable).
- Good numeracy / literacy.
- Proficient with Microsoft and Google software suites.
- Fully competent at using ICT.
- Experienced in Adobe Sign or similar PDF packages.
- Confident in drafting adverts for various job boards and target markets.
- Experience of working in an education setting.
- Experience of using recruitment tracking systems.
