Resort Manager, Drakensburg (CD24116)

Award winning Resort and Spa in the Drakensburg in need of an Experienced Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the resort and spa.
• Oversee staff management and development.
• Ensure excellent guest experiences and satisfaction.
• Manage the facilities budget effectively.
• Coordinate food & beverage services and health spa operations.
• Maintain general upkeep and maintenance of the resort.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification beneficial.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a large Resort Manager position.
• Previous experience with Timeshare.
• Must have HR & IR experience in managing staff.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Deadline oriented and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Valid RSA ID and Driver's License.
• Food & Beverage and Health Spa experience beneficial.
• General maintenance knowledge/background.
