Position Overview:

As a Property Residential Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of service and satisfaction for both tenants and landlords. This fully remote position based in Cape Town entails managing a portfolio of properties located in London. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns from tenants.
• Coordinating maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Facilitating communication between tenants and landlords, particularly during maintenance works.
• Delivering personalised advice and guidance to enhance the luxury living experience for tenants.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential property management (1year+)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering a luxury service experience.
