Camps Bay Village is a stylish beachside retreat located just steps from the iconic Camps Bay beachfront and is seeking to find a Residential/Property Manager to join its exceptional team. The ideal candidate will ensure the facilities are up to the highest standards, contributing to the luxurious experience in the vibrant Camps Bay Village, known for its dynamic range of activities and amenities.

You would need to have the ability to ensure our facilities remain in pristine condition while delivering top-notch service and solutions will be essential. What is required:

A Residential Manager is the executive responsible for overseeing ongoing business operations, focusing on serviced places and group operational standards to enhance and maintain efficiency, standards, and service levels. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive living environment for residents by managing and controlling all self-catering apartments according to the company’s standards, while also maximizing revenues and profits within agreed budgetary limits.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level
  • Computer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular)
  • Qualification in Hospitality and Tourism Industry (advantageous)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same or similar
  • Previous experience in the same or similar position
  • Familiar with duties and procedures in the self-catering department or Airbnb
