Who We Are: Nestled in the heart of the renowned Sabi Sands Nature Reserve, offers an incredible safari experience.

What You’ll Do: As Reservations Executive, you will be at the heart of guest experience, managing inquiries, bookings, and ensuring every detail is perfectly executed for our VIP guests. Your role will include:

• Responding to guest queries with finesse via phone and email
• Booking accommodation, flights, transfers, and excursions
• Managing availability, reservations, and updates on our systems
• Maintaining strong relationships with guests, resolving issues, and ensuring all requests are met
• Working alongside lodge operations to ensure flawless guest experiences and smooth booking processes

What We’re Looking For: We need someone with the following qualities:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar reservations role, ideally in lodges
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – you’ll be the voice of Ulusaba!
• Customer service extraordinaire – always ready to go above and beyond
• Organisational ninja – managing multiple tasks while keeping things cool under pressure
• Financial awareness – invoicing, payments, and managing bookings like a pro
• Flexible & proactive – ready to jump in where needed and keep the team spirit high
• A sense of fun – understanding the Virgin way of doing things and keeping things lighthearted but professional
• Realistic expectations of bush life – a genuine love for the environment and the safari lifestyle!
