Responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently and accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client queries
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our tours, packages, and services
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a reservations or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
