We’re growing our high performing insight team. South African team members are fully integrated into account teams for our clients in Europe, North America and Australia, as well as working with our multi-national African client base as this grows.
We are looking to bring on board more local talent across all levels, and as part of this we’ll be hiring several Research Executives and Senior Research Executives who are experienced in traditional quantitative and qualitative research methods, or have stronger experience in one of these approaches and are looking to put in the time and effort to learn new skills and become stronger researchers.
In turn, we’ll provide you with the opportunity to work on major global accounts including Samsung, DeBeers jewellers, H&M, John Lewis, Bacardi, Kraft Heinz, Shell and many others.

You will have…
- Degree level education
- 2-3 years of full-service market research experience, gained within an agency environment
- Enthusiasm for delivering great insight, ambition to progress and a passion to be involved in building client relationships
- An interest in using leading-edge AI within insight projects
- Good time and project management skills: overseeing project milestones and proactively communicating updates to team and client
- Experience with analysis software packages (in particular, Q) is highly desirable. In the absence of this, an understanding of data structures and willingness to learn new software (at speed) is a must!
- Competent report-writing skills, starting to create stories independently
- Experience across a range of industry sectors
- Experience working in an environment with a lot of pace, responsive to ever-changing client needs, iterative working and juggling multiple responsibilities at once
- Working with online methods and tools advantageous, although quick learners with more traditional experience are encouraged to apply
