Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide information about our products and services to potential and existing customers
Upsell and cross-sell our services to customers to generate sales leads
Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
Document customer interactions and record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person or department
Follow up with users / learners to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
You should have excellent efficiency in English in all spectrum
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills will be an asset
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with a calm and constructive approach
Ability to effectively manage time and multi-task to accomplish objectives
Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative approach to work is necessary
Experience with CRM software and phone systems is an added advantage
