that specializes in helping clients recover compensation for mis-sold investments, mortgages, and pensions.
Role Overview
They are looking for a Sales Representative/Appointment Setter to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote position where you will be responsible for making the initial contact with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings. The company has acquired a significant number of leads and data that need to be managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a database of leads.
Qualify leads to determine their potential interest in our claims management services.
Engage with potential clients, explaining how we can assist with mis-sold investments, mortgages, or pensions.
Schedule appointments for the senior sales team or management to follow up.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the CRM system(Pipedrive)
Follow-up
on unresponsive leads to re-engage them where appropriate.
Work closely with the sales and management team to provide feedback on lead quality and opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales role withinFinancial Advisory firm/ Mortgage Brokerage firm/ Banking and financial institutions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.
Experience in managing high volumes of data and leads.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools and databases.
Pipedrive experience advantageous
Target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
