Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company specialising in Compliance solutions, seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. This fully remote role is ideal for professionals based around Central European Time (CET) who thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, allocate resources, and develop timelines to align with strategic goals.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure high-quality standards.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Project Management experience, ideally in SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven.
• Must be based in a CET-friendly time zone.
