Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused Legal Assistant Coordinator to join our team as a part-time independent contractor. While a legal background is a plus, it is not required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, be tech-savvy, and proficient in Office 365 and other software platforms. The role involves managing client journeys, coordinating tasks, scheduling, and maintaining a warm and professional demeanor when interacting with emotional clients. The position has the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance and skill level.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Coordination: Guide clients from point A to point B, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns addressed with empathy and professionalism.
- Task Management: Ensure all assigned tasks are completed by team members on time. Follow up as needed.
- Communication: Make follow-up calls, maintain consistent communication with clients and team members, and provide updates on progress.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain client information, schedules, and task statuses.
- Calendar Management: Organize and manage schedules, including client appointments and internal meetings.
- Organization: Maintain a structured workflow, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
- Technology Use: Utilize Office 365 and other software tools effectively to manage tasks, schedules, and communication.
Key Qualifications
