Purpose Statement: To build, maintain and optimise effective client relationships by providing excellent client service through engagement and consultation with existing clients. To contribute to the overall profitability of Business Bank by promoting and selling Business Bank and merchant products to new and existing clients.
Experience: At least 2-3 years proven experience in a CRM environment with responsibility for, or exposure to cross and upselling. Proven experience in identifying sales or business opportunities and/or customer needs and providing solutions for these. Experience in a FMCG, banking or retail environment.
Qualifications (Minimum): Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred): Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Marketing.
